    1. SG PERFUMES wants its consumers to have the best possible buying experience. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items once they have been delivered because they cannot be resold. We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products.

We inspect every step of the shipping and packaging process to ensure quality control, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incomplete order, just contact us at sgperfumesofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures, and we'll take care of the rest.
    3. It is crucial to understand that the active natural extracts and ingredients in our products. This policy excludes coverage for damages brought on by misuse, neglect, or inappropriate application. Furthermore, problems resulting from particular sensitivity to a product or ingredient are not covered. To make sure a product is compatible with your skin type, we strongly advise doing patch tests as directed in each product's instructions.
