Refund policy

At SG Perfumes, we are committed to providing you with the best products and services. In certain situations, you may wish to cancel an order or request a refund. To ensure your utmost satisfaction, we have a clear and comprehensive cancellation and refund policy. Please take a moment to read through the following points:

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  1. You may return goods purchased from us if you have a valid reason to do so, such as:
    • Receiving a faulty or defective product (e.g., damaged or leaked attar bottle, non-working electric Bakhoor burner).
    • Receiving a product that is different from what you ordered.
    • Receiving a product that appears different from how it was advertised.
    • Receiving a product of the wrong size (size issues) compared to what you ordered.

Important: If you wish to return a product due to a faulty delivery (e.g., stolen product from the package, received damaged product, received empty package), you are required to provide an unboxing video of the package for your complaint to be entertained by our customer care team. Complaints without a video will not be processed.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

  1. Items that have been used or their boxes opened.
  2. Items where you ordered the incorrect size (e.g., you ordered a 24 ml bottle and received the correct 24 ml instead of the desired 12 ml).
  3. Incorrect orders in terms of product or quantity (e.g., you received the right product with the right quantity as per your order, but you wanted a different product or different quantity).

Conditions for Returning Products:

  1. The products must be returned in their original condition, including any bills, tags, and labels.
  2. Products must be in their original, unsoiled form.
  3. Brand packaging should be intact.
  4. Replacement of a product will be subject to its availability on the website at the time of the request.

Refund Eligibility:

To initiate a dispute for a return or refund, please contact us at sgperfumesofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Your message should include the name/image of the product, the order ID, and a detailed description of the concern. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched, please inform us immediately. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order if it was priced mistakenly or is out of stock.
